    I thought the villain’s voice sounded like Clayton Moore but couldn’t locate a cast list. There was no credit that I could find for Moore doing this show.

    I will re-listen to this episode and see. having a cast list is hard since they only credit the announcer not all the actors. I am not sure but they may have wanted kids to believe that the people on the radio where real.
